Maple Bay is an independent Canadian life insurance agency. Our advisors are licensed by the appropriate provincial insurance regulators and offer products from a range of Canadian insurers. Products, features and qualification criteria vary by province and insurer, and not all products are available in every province.
Quotes are not an offer of coverage
Any quote, price or estimate you receive is based on the information you provide and is for general information only. It is not an offer, contract or guarantee of insurance. Final premiums, eligibility and coverage are determined by the insurer after your application is reviewed and approved. Coverage does not begin until a policy is issued and any required first premium is paid.

You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and your own, and that you are at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada. Inaccurate information may affect your quote, your eligibility or the validity of any policy issued.
